Tomu Uchida directs this Japanese fantasy drama starring Hashizô Okawa and Michiko Saga. When a mysterious white rainbow appears over the city of Kyoto, the people look to their Emperor for answers. As he consults a renowned astronomer for advice, the Emperor must also face the difficult decision of who to choose as his successor.
