At Hit, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
